Fracnesca holds a degree in Mass Communication from the Holy Angel University in Pampanga. She was crowned Miss Freedom of the World Philippines 2018 on 19 May 2018 and she was set to represent the Philippines in the Miss Freedom of the World 2018 pageant in Kosovo, but she chose to first finish her studies per her father’s advice.
Another Filipina beauty was been crowned the as Miss Tourism World Intercontinental for 2019 on Jan. 8 in Nanjing, China.
